Looking for a Supervisor?
Here are some possibilities. Remember: this is not an endorsement of the listed supervisors and it is the supervisee's responsibility to make sure that he or she chooses a supervisor who meets the Licensing Board's criteria.
- Oregon Counseling Association (ORCA): or-counseling.com has a list of both LPC and LMFT supervisors. Here's the direct link to the list or-counseling.com/pdf/superlist.pdf
- Oregon Mental Health Counselors Association (OMHCA): www.OMHCA.com has a list of LPC supervisors. Here's the direct link to this list www.omhca.com/supervisorlist.htm

Another option:
Review the criteria or minimum qualifications for supervisors on the Boards' websites and then contact several licensed professionals to ask if they are approved supervisors. It is always wise to ask for recommendations from other licensed professionals and to interview possible supervisors. Once you have selected someone and submitted a supervision plan, the respective Board will verify your choice.
