Portland State University's Center for Student Success provides quality, cost-effective and individualized evaluation services for every school district setting. Center staff and consultants provide experienced and knowledgeable evaluation services for every school district need. The Center will craft the most appropriate and useful evaluation model of:

alternative schools with public school contracts
- In-district academic or other program evaluations.
The Center's evaluation services provide a wide-ranging and sophisticated evaluation model informed by:

of quality indicators developed by ODE in the
"Comprehensive School Review: Quality Education Model"
- The Oregon Public Charter School Handbook
Features of our model include:
- A three-level
review option for alternative and charter school evaluations:
- Formative
review conducted annually by the external team
- More
in-depth review that is triggered by indicators suggesting that
the school or program did not meet performance goals by a specified
point in time
- Contract renewal year evaluation will determine where the Charter school or program is and if they need to qualify for program renewal
- Formative
review conducted annually by the external team
