The Center for Student Success is an outreach project of the Graduate School of Education under the leadership of veteran Oregon educators Linda Jessell and Jim Carlile. The Center is establishing links with existing Portland State University programs and school districts in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
The Center for Student Success was conceived as a resource to meet individual school and district needs at the lowest possible cost. As a nonprofit educational agency, our resources are available to support learning, leadership, and professional growth for all Oregon schools. We have resources, access to research on educational reform, and contacts with a multitude of talented educators from K-12 districts, higher education, business and government, and the private consulting field.
The Center's mission is to network resources and research to assist schools with the moral imperative of providing the "Right to Learn" for all Oregon's kids and to support school and district achievement and leadership initiatives.
