Continuing Education's program in Negotiation and Mediation is designed to provide a broad understanding of the dynamics of conflict, as well as specific training in negotiation and mediation skills which can be used in the areas such as business and consumer relations, organizational conflicts, domestic conflict resolution, and environmental issues. This program meets the requirements of the basic curriculum as set out by the Oregon Dispute Resolution Commission.

Negotiation and Mediation Program: Practice what you learn in CEED's interactive program, which includes lecture presentations, small group discussions, and supervised role-plays with evaluative feedback. This 32-hour, noncredit format provides ample opportunity to practice the concepts and skills presented.

Human Services Courses: Our catalog of course includes many topics pertinent to negotiators/mediators. Some include Marriage and Family Therapy, Addictions Counseling, Conflict Resolution, and Mental Health in the Criminal Justice System.
