Portland State University's program in negotiation and mediation provides a broad understanding of the dynamics of conflict as well as specific training in negotiation and mediation skills. It meets the requirements of the basic mediation curriculum as set out by the Oregon Justice Department. This challenging and engaging program attracts adult students who are active in the community in a wide variety of activities and wish to enhance their ability to manage conflict in both personal and professional environments.
