Schoolwide Reading in K-8 Settings: Expanding Possibilities
This one-day symposium will provide ideas that focus on student achievement in a K-8 setting. The presenters provide strategies that can be implemented schoolwide, in schools with a K-6, K-8 or other composition. It addresses the broad issues of K-8 schools and provides some new reasons for supporting this educational decision.
Who should participate?
This symposium is appropriate for K-8 teachers and for administrators in K-6 or K-8 buildings. We recommend that school personnel attend the symposium in teams to be better able to incorporate these ideas into the school curriculum.
