- ED 420/520 Introduction to Education and Society (highly recommended)

Pass California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST) or Pre-Professional Skills Test (PPST)
Test required after program completion in order to be licensed: Library Media Praxis
*Portland State University accepts the following courses in substitution of LIB 428:

Clark College (Vancouver) ECE 116
