Shauna Adams, LCSW, has worked as a child and family therapist and educator in Portland since 1992. She provides professional development for social service agencies, schools, and community organizations, working collaboratively to assess and build culturally responsive learning communities. She facilitates dialogues around issues of race and culture, family and community involvement, and positive youth development. Ms. Adams speaks locally and nationally on the critical role of relationships in the overall wellness of individuals, families, groups, and organizations. She also teaches at the university level, and is currently working on a doctoral degree in educational leadership at Lewis & Clark College.

Greg Bell, JD, is a speaker, consultant, trainer, and facilitator specializing in personal and organizational transformation in the area of leadership, ethics, change management, customer service, teambuilding, and cultural competency. Mr. Bell earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and his Law degree at the University of Oregon. He is recognized as a leading resource for meeting facilitation, inspirational speaking, and entertaining trainings. Mr. Bell works with schools and colleges across the northwest in addition to businesses, non-profits and governmental agencies. He is dedicated to the delivery of programs that combine practical, hands-on training with skills to challenge awareness, to enhance participants' ability to work and live in an increasingly diverse environment.

Lisa Race, LCSW, MSW, is a family therapist and educational consultant specializing in building stronger partnerships between families, service providers, and communities. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she brings an understanding of the change process for individuals, families and organizational systems, and works collaboratively with them to assess and strengthen effective cross cultural partnerships.

Ms. Race coauthored Building Assets in Schools a guide for building stronger connections between students, staff, and families. She speaks locally and nationally on the complexities of relationship building and the rewards and challenges in preparing all stakeholders to thrive in an increasingly diverse world. Ms. Race is an adjunct faculty member of Lewis & Clark College as well as Portland State University.
