Below is a list of certified SSCBT trainers who are currently active in providing SSCBT training.

Charles Smith, MSW, has over 20 years of training experience in the areas of services to families and motivational interviewing. He has held direct service and management positions. He co-authored the 5th edition of the SSCBT training modules. He serves as the SSCBT coordinator and development consultant at the Early Childhood Training Center—Continuing Education/School of Education at Portland State University.

David Sonnie, MSW, has over 25 years experience as a trainer and consultant in service delivery design, and has worked as a program administrator and direct service provider. He is the president of Morning Sun Enterprises, Portland, Oregon.

Hilda Skinner, MSW, has over 20 years experience as a social worker, program administrator, and consultant/trainer. She has worked extensively with migrant populations and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Cheryl Price, MSW, has over 30 years of training experience, including producing training publications on direct service and teamwork. She is the former Early Head Start manager and Free to Grow project coordinator at Umatilla-Morrow Head Start, in Pendleton, Oregon.

Emily Kerssen-Griep, MSW, has over 15 years experience working in early childhood settings and providing training.

Sally Guyer, BA, has a degree in psychology and has worked for over 10 years in the areas of social services, and training and development.

Gwen Green, BA, has over 20 years experience working in Head Start as a social service provider, parent involvement coordinator, and program manager. She manages the overall implementation of SSCBT training and follow-up in a multi-county community action agency in western Idaho.

Jeannie Krichbaum, BSW, has over 15 years of experience working with youth and families with young children, and supervising social service staff.
