Requirements for candidates seeking recommendation from Portland State University for the Continuing Administrator license:

• A master's degree from an accredited institution

• TSPC currently requires applicants to have completed 45 graduate credits beyond the master's degree. For some individuals this means they have to complete as many as 17 credits beyond the 28-credit licensure curriculum. (TSPC is considering removing this requirement)

• A current Oregon Basic or Initial Administrator License

• Admission to Portland State University and the Continuing Administrator Licensure Program

• A completed planned Program of Studies on file with the signatures of the student, advisor, and director of licensing

• A demonstrated and acceptable level of competency in the knowledge and performance domains specified by the most recent TSPC standards
