Schools and educational organizations continually need effective and responsive educational leaders. The Continuing Administrator License (CAL) academically contributes to educational leaders' ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and members of the school district community.
Underlying all programs in the Educational Leadership and Policy (formerly Educational Policy, Foundations and Administrative [EPFA]) department is the assumption that, at every level, traditional approaches to education and schooling should be challenged. Additionally, our programs reflect a commitment to leadership that both models and teaches a curriculum responsive to social justice and the increasing diversity characterizing Oregon's communities.
