• Leaders who work across organizational boundaries to address strategic issues
• Leaders who are currently facing a complex challenge that defies previously tested approaches
• Emerging leaders who want to explore and grow the art of leadership

To be considered for admission, candidates must:

• Have three to five years of managerial or supervisory experience in the behavioral healthcare field
• Be willing to listen to what others say about them—and take positive action based on that feedback—in exchange for becoming a more effective leader
