The Graduate Teacher Added Elementary Endorsement is an innovative four-term program beginning in summer and ending the following spring. The program is designed for licensed specialty or secondary teachers and leads to an Elementary Endorsement.

Program highlights

Four-term format: Begin summer and end spring term, for a four consecutive term program.

Cohort class: Network more effectively by participating with colleagues throughout the entire curriculum as a cohort.

Integrated curriculum: Experience a modeled, integrated curriculum.

Practical experience: Apply classroom ideas to actual field practices through an individualized professional development practicum plan.

Mentors: Be supported and guided by mentor teachers during your practicum.

Experienced instructors: Learn from qualified school personnel and PSU faculty currently implementing and studying aspects emphasized in the program.
